The objective is a dynamic, informal discussion of the panelistsâ experiences as a member and leader of diverse/virtual/global teams. This includes a reflection on both their professional and student team experiences. We ask some standard questions, but really enjoy the real-time questions from our student audience. In the Spring quarter of 2020, we invited virtual âpanelistsâ to record themselves responding to a few typical questions. By now, we have a wonderful mix of voices to present 4 guest speakers via video. Through this exercise, you will have the chance to meet Theo Constantouros, Rady MBA; Holly Chase, UCSD BA and LSE MSc; Niki Kalmus, grad student at UCSD GPS; and Elide Pantoli, UCSD PhD in Structural Engineering. After listening to the interview segments, you will have a chance for reflection. For ease and efficiency, use the video interviews and reference tables of contents (with time markers) found in the Week 9 Mod
ule on Canvas. Prepare a written response (notes are acceptable) to the questions below and submit by Sunday, March 7th at midnight.
