I am seeking assistance in writing an aviation blog for a proposed US aviation flight school under CFR FAR 141 with the below information and using the PRD Pilot Records Data. This is very specific, yet I have no blogger experience and will rewrite it before submission.
I am to research an actual recent proposed FAA rule requiring the use of an electronic Pilot Records Database (PRD) located in the Resources section. I will need to research and report on the implications of the law for institutions of higher education (hint: skim through the proposed rule and commentary to get the basics of the rule and Ctrl+F higher education to see exactly what the FAA proposes regarding whether flight schools will need to participate in the PRD.
The blog should:
1. have an interesting and succinct title;
2. summarize the key and relevant portions of the law;
3. touch on the relevant aviation history driving the new law (to specifically include,Atlas Air 3591, Colgan Air 3407);
4. provide helpful analysis of the law and opine as to
the potential implications for flight schools;
5. Include one graphic to help illustrate the blog.

Keep the tone professional and write for your target customers/clients
Create a clever or interesting title or question-title about the subject matter
Provide overview of relevant points, dates, and procedure of proposed law
Provide historical background as to the why behind the laws creation

Subtly include references to the importance of quality flight training or other services offered by your flight school without overtly making a pitch for your business

Provide the reader with links to your sources where they can learn more
