For this assignment, you need to choose one of the scenarios below and answer the following questions below.

Barry is a single parent to a 7 year-old daughter. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, his daughters school has been shut down. He is trying to work from home while also homeschool his daughter.
Angela and Derrick are a married couple and have 2 kids ages 10 and 12. Angela wants to enroll the kids in a new private school. Derrick wants to keep the kids in their current public school. Angelas argument for the private school is that she believes it will provide their children with better opportunities. Derrick feels their current public school is adequate and mentions they would have to take out a loan to cover the $15,000/year tuition.
Jamal and Brenda have been in a 3-year dating relationship. They have bee
n having discussions about possibly moving in with one another.
Celina has been a stay-at-home mom for the past 6 years. Shes considering going back into the workforce. Her partner Sarah wants her to continue to stay at home for their 3 kids.
After you have chosen one scenario, answer the following questions:
Choose a theory (consensus, conflict, feminist, exchange, symbolic interactionism, modernity, or life-course) that you feel best explains the scenario you have chosen. Explain how that theory would describe the dynamics involved in the scenario.
If you were to conduct a study on the scenario, what method (sample survey, longitudinal survey, in-depth interview, time use, or big data) would you choose. Explain your reasoning.
What advice would you give to the people in your scenario?
