There will be a picture added that you will use to do this assignment. It will have 3 columns, One is an overview of what the competency is about for the assignment, you need to read that competency to understand the paper and how to do it. The Second column is practice behaviors that youve been demonstrating in the field already around ethical decision making. The last column is the assignment and what you will write on. There will be pictures for the two values and explaining what they are. There will also be pictures of the overview of the standards and the sub standards you will use for each standard and what they mean. There is also a link for the NASW code of ethics website where the info for the standards and values are.

For the first section where you discuss the values you will reflect it my field placement, my internship is for victims of trauma, abuse, neglect, domestic violence and sexual assault there is also information on my field placement in the file section as well
The second section where it says client the professor has changed it to the population my internship works with when is victims of trauma, abuse, neglect, violence, domestic/dating/interpersonal violence and sexual assault and it will be for
how you intend to apply it in the future of your social work career.
What the professor is also really looking for:
Really reflect on the ethical and professional behaviors your seeing and doing in your internship
You will write how youre demonstrating professional and ethical behavior
identify the two values, what they mean to you, and how you see it demonstrated
with each standard how you intend to apply it in your social work career in the future
the first Column will tell you how information applies to all levels of practice
the assignment will be generated from Column one of the picture I attached in the files section
know the distinction between personal and professional values
The paper will really try to concentrate more on the second bullet in the second column of the picture I uploaded in the file section for the assignment
when riding really reflect to what you were seeing in the field now and how it will help you grow for the future

The two values describe what it means for you, for your field placement, what does it mean for you personally and what does it mean for you professionally as a social worker, what does it mean for the population you are working with, and how you will apply it to clients that Your internship works with, and what does it mean for your relationship with your colleagues?
how will you use the standards and the sub standards that you chose in each standard to make your social work practice better in the future?
how will this make you grow as a person, as a social worker, as a professional and help you in your career in the future?
there will be a lot of overlap in each section but relate in each section of the standards to what that standard is specifically targeting to.
