Professor and Classmates,
Cultural change will always be inevitable within Project management it’s the nature of the beast. It isn’t always a smooth process when projects mature and develop over time. Along with that as they change the approach to how to conduct operations will change with it causing a cultural change that might not always be widely accepted. As new technology is invented to aid these projects, it will either be widely accepted or rejected causing cultural change either for the better or for the worse. This ultimately will shape the culture as they will need to adapt and overcome.
