Please read the directions clearly so that you can understand. I have uploaded Chapter 3 below in the files along with my Diagnostic Pre-assessment test. Measurement and Assessment in Teaching by Miller, Linn, and Gronlund.
Directions: You are to use the same standard that you selected last week (from your diagnostic) to create a formative assignment for your unit on the standard you selected.

ent is an assignment that allows you check whether the students are on their way to mastering the objectives of your unit before the test on it. Create a formative assignment that includes the types of items discussed in chapter 6. You have to include at least twenty questions that includes a combination of short answer, completion, matching, true/false, and multiple choice. Examples of these can be found on pp. 150-151. Include the standard that you selected at the top of the page. I just wanted to reiterate once again that you have to create these questions from scratch. The assignment will be submitted through Turnitin.com and it will let me know if the questions have been taken from somewhere else. I know that there are tons of questions that already exist that you could use, but the point of the class is to learn about how to write your own questions which ties into measurement and evaluation.
