Malak:
I am attaching my comments so far. I am really challenged trying to understand what you are talking about in your thesis as you keep changing your focus. And in many sections you have included items that are not appropriate. However, I have summarized my concerns and did provided comments based on what you provided (Lit Review still needs work). So:
First, I tried to reformat you paper so it is in APA 7th edition format structure using your headers and sub-headers. However, many of your sub-headers do not make sense for the paper. For now, I kept them in but they need to be modified. IΒ’ll work on your Lit Review tomorrow and maybe I can make suggestions so the content flows.
I really only provided comments to your Introduction section. Most of the content is way too long. In many sections you keep bringing in new content or content that should be reviewed in your Lit Review. For example, you have way too much information on the 3 pillars of sustainability. I added a graphic as it is nice to have a few in your paper. However, IΒ’m still trying to understand why you are oging in to so much depth on the 3 Pillars of Sustainability. You then talk about how it contrasts to the Conventional Paradigm; however, instead of talking about how it compares to the conventional model (whatever that model is) you go into extreme detail about the 3 pillars of Sustainability. This is not appropriate. Ideally I would totally rewrite these two sub-header sections and condence into 2 concise paragraphs with 2 images. One paragraph that describes the current paradigm and then the other showing the 3 pillars and briefly describe the difference. You do not need all the details as I think you are trying to show how businesses are moving from an economic or technology perspective to the 3 pillars to meet consumer purchase desires.
NOTE: Go back to the Handbook to see the guidelines for the Introduction section which states: Β“Briefly give a background to your dissertation, why the topic is of importance and why it is of interest to you. Make a clear statement of your headline research question or hypothesis or argument and the type of research methodology you propose to carry o

ut.
Allow approximately 300-500 words for this section.Β”
YOUR CURRENT WRITE-Up IS OVER 2500 WORDS.
Background of the study. Way too long. This is also just a short paragraph. Yet you have provided so much content it reads almost like it should be a Lit Review.
I suggest you combine your research objectives and questions into one section to shorted it. As it stands, your questions are really no different than your objectives. Ideally I would change/rewrite research questions to your hypotheses for your research. This way it is very clear on what you predict for your specific objectives. I can provide a couple examples.
Significance of the Study: Again, way too long and you are bringing in new concepts like you are writing another Lit Review. Instead, is the topic significant due to changing consumer purchase habits due to the pandemic and therefore businesses need to review their go to market strategies for continue success and to retain customer / consumer loyalty? Or is the topic important because more consumers are moving to the Consumer Sustainability Purchase Decision model so again, companies need to become more purpose driven. Or is it because there is a lack of current scholarly research on the topic and your thesis helps to bring the challenge to light. AGAIN Β– one paragraph short and simple that lays out exactly why the study is significant.
Limitations: See my comments. Some of your write-up is okay but you need to be more specific about the limitations as they relate to your survey research. Such as: the limitation of who took the survey and how many Β— this impacts whether you can actually do correlation analysis by a specific demographic. Did you even ask demographic questions such as gender, age, nationality. Are you respondents all from one nationality (many students only survey individuals form the U.S. so the limitation is the results may not be comparable to Europeans, Asians, Middle Easterners, etc.
References and Citations. You really need to include citations in your final Introduction Overview. Also, I found some discrepancies in your references. I will detail those in another email.
These are the comments and there are still in the file
