Hi this is my project and that is the feedback I got for it. this is the final and I woul appreciate some editing and fixing.
Feedback:
I really like your project! I thought that the information you provided was very informative and you had great diagrams that showed many important structures and relationships. All the information on the Functions slide was very informative and gave us a greater understanding of the cardiovascular system. I like the quote that you added in the end, it was a nice way to tie everything together and to bring the physical aspect of the cardiovascular system to a metaphorical/more meaningful concept. The titles of your slides are well written, it demonstrates the information that we’re about to receive. Font type and font size are all great, big enough to read and not too small.
I do have a few pointers to help improve your project. The first thing I noticed was that the project was 10 slides. I believe in the guidelines it said it had to be 8-10 slides not including the reference slide or the cover slide. So adding in a few more slides would help meet that requirement. One way I suggest doing that is expanding your case study section. I noticed that all the questions were on one slide while all the answers were on another. I believe it would be better to put the question and answer together on the same slide instead of them being separated. So you could put the case study prompt on a separate slide, and the following slides will be the question with the answers. I also noticed that there were only 4 answers to the 5 questions posted. I believe the answer to the last question is missing. Just want to remind you to add that in, it’ll also help i

n meeting the slide number requirement. Another suggestion I have is to expand more on describing the organs/structures as well as their histology contained in this organ system as noted in the project guidelines. Perhaps this slide could go after the Functions slide where you’d want to talk about the different components of the cardiovascular system and their individual functions. I believe it was the first benchmark when we went into detail about the specific components of the organ system. I also suggest adding in a picture that shows where the cardiovascular system is within the body. It could go in your Function slide or even in your Overview slide. I believe in the guidelines it mentioned to show/describe where it is relative to other body systems. My last suggestion is regarding the Overview slide. I think the information you provided in that slide would be better put at the end of the PowerPoint. It’s a nice way to end the project to state why you liked this system and how it would benefit you long term. It’s similar to the information we provided in the fourth benchmark which was “adding personal touch.” Instead, for the overview slide in the beginning I think that would be a great place to talk about what the cardiovascular system does and its significance to the body. It could also be the slide where you’d want to add the picture of where the system lies in the body.
Overall, I think your project is great and has a lot of important information. I also noticed that you mentioned that you’re a pharmacy major. I’ll be starting pharmacy school in a few months so I’d be happy to offer you any advice or answer any questions that you may have. Best of luck to you!
