This assignment is intended to be something useful for you and is not just busywork, so please make it so.
As far as a grading rubric, your points are assigned based on the number and quality of the resources included. I have mentioned this in many of your weekly journals, but failure to include details and develop the research and resources will not equate to high grades.
To assist with this assignment I am providing some link as examples (as well as the other assignments in the course.

enter it into your search engine.
1. This assignment will need to be placed in a PowerPoint presentation. There should be a minimum of 20 slides.
2. One of the slides must include a video recording of yourselftalking to yourself! This exercise
is really for YOU, make it worth your while. I will let you be creative in what recording you present to yourself, but it must include a reminder of what triggers to look out for, what you would say to
someone else (in this exercise it is YOU) who has reached out for mental health
assistance. What techniques/recourses are available.
Panopto is available in our Canvas course homepage and is SO easy to use. All you need is a PC with a camera and speakers on it. A smartphone video will work, but you must make sure the video opens or I cannot grade it.
Be sure it works embedded in your PowerPoint and be sure it uploads properly. There can be no
redos.
3. You must cite your resources. The social sciences use APA; this means providing the reference next to the work that is borrowed. That means the authors name and date should be included in text. You must also include a reference page with the full biblio entry.
4. Learn APA if you do not know it; referencing is required in all of your work and classes. I have given assignments to help you with this throughout the course.

5. Please be creative with the slide. You want to keep your attention when you want to refer to it (and mine, ha!). Keep yourself entertained. Something that is boring and has no eye appeal will likely not be utilized. You will have points deducted for a product that is not appealing and creative.
6. Use your Stress Journal to recall triggers and resources -develop that in your PowerPoint.
