Use sector examples to illustrate (practice) then Use academic articles and texts to back up your arguments (theory) 4.Conclude – does corporate governance help – how, why and in what circumstances? Academic Research help: Journal of Business Ethics, Corporate Governance: An International Review, Academy of Management Journals. Note:(this is just a TINY selection of some good journals to get you started) Reference requirement and turnitin: Harvard style referencing, Websites, media reports, academic sources and empirical information are all useful sources. However; Minimum 12 academic reference including 6 peer-reviewed journal articles. This paper will be checked by turnitin, so report need proper paraphrasing and no plagiarism, I want the turnitin similarity rate under 10 percent.
