You want to prove that these are the best tools for this study. It is important that we have support, this shows how knowledgeable you are about the current literature and that you know your topic. The instrument that you create needs to be explained and the actual instrument should be added to appendix A (don’t worry I left comments for you to show you where that would be). The data collection section looks good, just remember more resources proves your point. The procedures section is good. My concern is the length of time that you want to hold your focus groups and your interviews for.
