Assessment #3: Individual Written Assignment (30% of Total Marks)
This assignment is second part of the IB phenomenon project.
The task involves generating a research question and addressing it in the debate or hypothesis format for the chosen international business (IB) phenomenon.
It must be from the same phenomenon as you did in group assignment unless otherwise approved in writing from the course coordinator.
The word limit for this work is 2500 words (± 10%) excluding references and appendices, if any. Structure the work as 1.5 Spacing, 12 Point, Times New Roman, One Inch Margin (see appendix A for the marking criteria). Include the word count at the end of your assignment.
A minimum of 20 relevant articles should be included in the review out of which at least 15 should be from academic journal articles. Use in-text references and provide a reference list at the end using APA referencing style. In the reference list, group all your references into two categories: Academic Journal Article References and Other references (e.g. books or book chapters, industry reports, Newspapers etc). All references in the reference list need to be in alphabetical order and appropriately numbered to conveniently identify the number of references used. You must use only authentic academic references or business-related press as appropriate. You must not use references which are not quality controlled (e.g. Wikipedia) and websites providing student help e.g. writemyessays etc.
