There has been a question about how to identify the interviewee as you can’t identify personal information – so you can simply use ‘the interviewee’ or give them a pseudo name. If you use a pseudo name, at the beginning of Part B, please indicate that.
Someone has asked how long Assignment 2 should be, and I thought I would answer it here, as many people will have the same question. Let me begin by saying that the length of the paper can vary consi

derably depending on the interview. The first thing to be sure to do is review the assignment guidelines and the marking guidelines and be sure you have covered all the bases. In some interviews the interviewee may provide lots of information; in other interviews the answers may be shorter. When you are writing up the assignment, you can expect at least 5 to 7 pages. But if you go over that, don’t worry – as I said some interviews provide more information.
Please consider using headings for sub-sections as it may keep your report more organized. Paragraph form is best, especially for Part C. For Part C, you will have to use references outside the textbook, so be sure to cite your sources at the end of the paper. In terms of referencing in Part A and Part B, it is appropriate in the references at the end of the paper to reference these as personal communication – no need to do that within the paper. But again for the interviewee, do not use their real name.
The consent form needs to be signed and uploaded before the interview is done, so be sure to take care of that. The form is uploaded in the same place as the assignment is submitted.
