Below is an example for the 1 question given: During this course I have learned that Emotional Intelligence (EQ) can be the driver of a successful career. One point that has particularly stood out to me was that people with a high EQ get on average $29,000 per year that those that may lack these skills. These skills are important to be able to be a good communicator and listener. Being able to read your coworkers body language and adjust accordingly to the business dialog used in the office setting. The well know communication formula 7-38-55 rule which states 55% accounts for body language, 38% for tone of voice while the words we choose account for 7%. This highlights the importance of being able to control and manipulate your body language according to how you want the listener to receive the message.
